T-Rod Earth Workz LLC brings over 45 years of dirt work experience to North Texas landowners and property managers. We've worked every angle of the construction business, from large-scale grading and site prep to custom ponds and ranch infrastructure. That depth of experience means we show up knowing what the land needs and how to get it done right.

Five years ago, we made the move into the Fort Worth area, starting out with developers and private-sector clients across Parker, Wise, and Jack counties. We learned this region's soil, terrain, and drainage patterns firsthand. That local knowledge now goes into every job we take on, whether it's a house pad in Weatherford or a fire break in Decatur.

Our services cover the full range of earthwork that landowners in this part of Texas rely on. We build ponds, clear land, grade house pads, cut ranch roads, shape horse arenas, and establish fire breaks. Each project gets a practical plan and a crew that knows how to execute it.

We work across a wide stretch of North Texas, including Springtown, Boyd, Azle, Jacksboro, Pooleville, Aledo, Mineral Wells, Bowie, Rhome, Justin, Saginaw, White Settlement, Pecan Acres, Agnes, Crafton, Gibtown, Perin, and Sunset.
